Pale Goat Racing Competes in 2012 Road Apple Rally

About a third of Pale Goat Racing competed Saturday October 6th in the 32nd Annual Road Apple Rally Cross-Country Mountain Bike Race in Farmington, New Mexico. Weather was near perfect for the race with cool temps in the upper 40s for the start, with plenty of sun, and warming temps by the races' end. 

Overall, the team did well in the race with top 10 finishes in every riders age bracket/category. Plus, two of those finishes in podium standings. Big thank you to Junior rider, Aubrey B, for working the Pale Goat tent and handing out schwag to fellow racers.

2012 More the Merrier

MORE THE MERRIER BIKE RIDE: June 9th, 8:00 am, at Lions Wilderness Park, Farmington, New Mexico. Road and Mountain Bike Rides started at 8:30., and all proceeds from the $30 registration went to ChildHaven to assist abused and neglected kids. With that they raised about $33,000 to help with their children programs. The Pale Goat Team joined efforts with the fun ride to provide rider assistance and repair. In addition, we gave riders samples from Honeystinger, and provided a wheel demo for Stan's Wheels and their product line up. We also provided riders with tire demos from Schwalbe Tires, and handed out awesome savings from Natural Grocers.
